Default Dash lights all on

Hi guys, something weird happened today. I was out running errands and went over a bump a little faster than usual (nothing too harsh) and my wipers came on and my dash warning lights all came on, radio off and back on. I checked the battery and she ia sitting tight as well as battery poles. Any ideas? Loose ECU? Or maybe loose ignition switch????

Try opening fuse box under hood. Check to be sure all relays and fuses are fully seated... I've had s similar issue and this seems to be a possible cause... But not positive.
