Default Dash light "Brake"
Dash light that says "Brake" just randomly started coming on last night and today. Changed out pads @ 1 year ago no issues. Anyone had this problem or got any suggestions.

Pretty sure that means your e-brake is engaged.

Tried that first engaged it and released it. Nothing!

If the brake light turns on it may indicate that the parking brake is applied, that the brake fluid level is low, or that there is a problem with the anti-lock brake system reservoir.

Added a little fluid, it's all good now.
