Wow nice, I see how you did it now. That might work better than my idea. I was thinking about making the box stand up vertically behind the seat with a down-firing sub, but was nervous if I flooded the Jeep again it would get wet. Nice install, looks very nice there.

Just enough. I don't recall the exact amount but it was on the barley enough side.
Yes they are8". They hit pretty hard.

Here's my two tens on the tailgate. I originally had them under the drivers and passenger seat but they kept blowing.

I like these as well. Remember though you can't run a duster and they will stick up past the sides when the top is off

Mine is more of a gun case than a sub enclosure. I have 2x down firing 10" JBLs in sealed compartments in the front of this box.
