Wow Mattk11, I am headed in exactly that direction. I'll get the sub boxes from you (like I said, why re invent the wheel since you have already done the leg work on these) I think I'll go with the sundowns..My components are going to be in a custom enclosure under the rear seat, along with a locking storage drawer. I am just about done with the design and templates for my rear cargo area cover, but mine has to be water proof so my traveling companion of the AR variety stays warm and dry.
Aldonoward3, I am interested in hearing how satisfied you are with the Focal's. That is about the last decision i need to make is replacement speakers.....
The freedom panels come off often but the turtle top on the rear rarely comes off. I live in mobile so the prettiest day often has 10 minutes of rain somewhere along the line. The sound is incredible especially with the highs and mids being upgraded.
You will be pleased if you go that route.
