Default Constant Chime for over a day now

Figured I would ask before heading to the stealer. All of a sudden a few weeks ago every time I opened the driver door there would be a constant chime. Even before I would put the key in. Goes away when door is closed. I tried to see if it had anything to do with the door itself but I cant find anything. Yesterday when I closed the door and walked away I thought I was hearing it still but was pretty sure it did not happen any time before. Well I went out this AM and heard the chime as I got close to the door and the jeep would not start. Checked under the hood and there was a clicking sound by the fuse box every 90sec or so. Went inside to get multimeter to check battery voltage and now it sounds and feels like 2 relays are clicking a mile a min. The only new addition was the rugged ridge dual battery kit w relay and it seems to not be working. Before I rip it apart and go back to a single yellow top, is there anything I should check and if so how do I check it. Thanks. My jeep has lost its mojo and I dont even want to drive it anymore and I waited to buy it since the sketch of a 4 dr many moons ago. Thanks again- H

My first thought was a bad battery with low voltage...it causes all sorts of electrical issues.

What is going on with your dual battery setup? You said it is not working?

Get in your Jeep, insert key, turn to run (don't start your Jeep), then turn to off three times (not super fast) and see what code(s) pop up on the Odometer.
