When I put the key in and turn it to Acc everything works but when I start it , it powers back up and says no signal (still has power but nothing works)

That is so strange. Sounds like you will need to do alot of troubleshooting, it's gotta be in the wiring, I wonder if it is something with the bus control?

Have you tried running power and ground directly to battery with temporary wiring?

I do not like the PAC systems and other wire harness on the market. Try what Matthew said first. Pull the HU and run the yellow and red wire to power on battery, black to negative.

I built my system on the idea of eventually running multiple amps. I pushed 4 gauge( or larger don't remember) through the firewall to a splitter within the cab. Splitter powers my amp and HU. Remote wire is spliced to acc. No PAC needed. Now if I want to run another amp all I need is an allen.
