Clockspring?

Airbag light on, chime comes on whenever I turn, accelerate and brake but the horn works. Dealer said it is a 75% chance that this would fix it but could not guarantee it. Should I buy one and do it myself? Thanks for any input

They are probably right. I've seen a couple writeups kicking around and it doesn't look very difficult so I would give it a go.
