Default Cheap homemade MP3 - $5

Okay so it isn't homemade but it is $5.

On the website it says it is $20 but in-store it is $5. My wife picked up 3 today. I have no idea if these are good or not as I haven't tried it. I just know it is a 512Mb Mp3 player for cheap. Check the website with your zipcode to see if it is available in your store. YMMV. Thought it would be good to keep in the jeep and not worry about it getting wet or stolen.

Okay just in case someone was thinkning of it my wife just went back to get some more and the price has been raised to 19.99. They gave them to her for $5 since she had a receipt from earlier but I guess this deal has expired.

I have a cheap MP3 player as well.. it's called a CD-RW, holds about 700MB, costs a dime and works just fine in the JK's CD player....

the 6-disk cd players also play dvd's. just burn music onto them in mp3 format and you have 4.7GB worth of music per disc.
burn them into folders to find what you are looking for easily.
blank dvd's are about $0.37.

Use a DL-DVD and get 4.7 x2! I bet 99% of you dont have half that amount of tunes.

Hint... I use a program called Replay Music. Google it. 100% legal. Just use it to record internet radio of your choice and grow your tune collection exponentially!

Have you had any problems with the DL DVD's? The owner's manual said something about a limit to the # of folders and files. I've made a few 4.7gb DVD's without any problems but wasn't sure if the DL would push over the limit of the HU's software.
