sorry, but in canada, all vehicles use their headlights as drl when the headlights are turned off. I want to hear from people who have drls and trucklites.

I also got a procal and moved my DRL. If you check out ddmtuning.com, there is a section of 'fixes' or whatever its called that customers have brought up. Some guy for the JK says he has fixed the flickering on his high and low beams with a resistor and some other thing wired inline to the headlamp. If you are looking for a cheaper way then buying another way then that is a possibility.

Well I had the flicker with my HID's and used the resister and diode mod to eliminate it. It's pretty simple, and has worked flawlessly for 3 years now. Since the DRL's run the headlight at a reduced voltage, it can be hard on bulbs, so a procal is a good investment, for this and many other uses.

I live way down below you all in West Virginia. I am not required to run DRL 's but wanted to totally eliminate any flicker issues. Getting ready to install Susquehanna MotorSports harness in next couple of days. Draws power straight from the battery, and they say it is DRL compatible. Not cheap, bout $100. I'd call them and verify before I would drop the cash for it though. Might be a option for you all. Part number is HL28130J. Good luck!
