Can I Swap Out?
I was wondering how difficult it is to swap out my 2011 single disk head unit for an older (2008-2010) 6 disk changer?
What problems will I encounter? Will I need to go to the dealer to flash the computer ? .... And most importantly will my steering wheel controls still work?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I would probably get it from someone here on the forum anyway.
Can anyone chime in on fit (would it just slide in)? ..... And would my steering wheel controls still work?

Fit should be the same steering wheel but the controls I'm not sure but a good question ,if is controlled buy the bus system most likely it will still work. Check eBay for a head unit and ask for the part number before purchase , confirm the part number with your dealer to make shure it's high speed, personally I would look for a rer mygig unit instead of a 6 disc unit 30 gigs of music on hand rocks also if your lucky you might get one with free Sirius like me , it's been over a year and still has not turned off.
