Can I move my RER Navigation system to my 2007 Durango?

Can I move my RER Navigation system to my 2007 Durango?
Quick Question. I'm going on a trip in a few weeks and wanted to know if I could move my RER Navigation system (currnelty in my 2009 Grand Cherokee) and put it in my 2007 Durango? It looks like it would fit but I don't know if I would need anything to make it work.

According to the chart below the 2007 Durango does not come equipped with the MyGig. So I would say no. Now that said i did notice that the 2008 Durango is using a LOW speed CANBUS and the 2009 Grand Cherokee uses a LOW speed CANBUS as well so if it was me I would try the swap and see if it works. You can not hurt anything.
