When I had had my tweeter replaced they also replaced my 430 head unit too for a different reason. So I have brand new tweeter and head unit and the issue continues......

I noticed it driving my new 2013 Sahara home. Only the left tweeter and only on sirius on volume over 20. 430N here.

I have the same issue when I use Pandora off my iPhone. CDs sound great radio great but anything through the Bluetooth gets static in tweeter. Tryed clearing the BT and re-syncing no luck and no ideas.

I have a stand alone sirius unit and it does the same thing. Buzzing but really bad listening to talk radio.

I wired mine direct to 12 V and realized the cigarette adapter has a built in power transformer. I think this is the source of everyones buzzing. For a stand alone i suspect a dedicated good ground is needed and perhaps even a noise filter on the 12 V positive feed. At the same time a dedicated ground to oem radio and again another noise filter for 12v constant and the switched feeds.

Had many a stereo install in years past that benefitted from dedicated grounds and noise filters.

I plan to do all the above i will try to report back

Not sure if this will help you with the issue, but when I first plugged my phone into my stereo, it buzz/whined. I used a different power cord and it went away.
