Default Blinker Stops Working With Vibration

Hello all! I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited X and my passenger side blinker stops working with vibrations. I'll be driving and use it and it works but then I hit a bump and it stops working, then I hit another and it works again. All the other blinkers are fine except this one. I tried looking everywhere but I can't seem to find anyone that had the same problem. I checked the voltage of my two front blinkers and it seems like the one that is working is about 13 Volts and the one that sometimes works is about 8 Volts. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
