That's one idea. Is there a bad glare off the hood?
There is from the outside but from your POV the bar blocks the hood , did put a sticker down and it help a lot

Also, considering those flashlights that have two brightness settings, why not offering this feature on the lightbars? It would be something like a city and a highway settings, for example.
How much performance would you be looking for from a 40" bar? 40" allows for a LOT of LEDs, but with a lot of LEDs comes a lot of cost. Are there ways we can fill the 40" to give the look, but then maybe have something between the LEDs to fill space and reduce cost?

I was looking under my JK yesterday, and there's not a lot a spots that every Jeep is going to have. Using the fenders is hard since so many people chop or replace them. Plus if we put them on the underside of the wheel well somewhere, I'd be concerned about oversize tires just wiping them off. Any good spots on the frame you can think of that would work?

Thanks for the help everyone! We all win when you tell us what YOU want.
I'll take a look under mine when i get to my shop and get it up on the lift.

I'm unfamiliar with your product. With my current Sylvania system I would like to see OEM quality with Plug & Play installation, to include an H4 Lamp assembly. It also needs to operate with or around the Can bus system. I'd also like to see when the Headlights are on Low Beam the OE fog lights work as stock. If your product does this please let me know.....Thanks, Steve

Enough for a long and short range good coverage. The short range I am referring to is city driving lights, not fogs, since the LED light bar would be mounted at rooftop height. The long range would be the max we can get decently with LEDs. I do not expect the same range as my Hella Rallyes 5000.

No, we don't currently do that. Something you'd like to see?

Usually the results of dropping LEDs into Halogen housings is less than ideal, but I'll certainly take a look at it.

I'm sure you'd get a lot of response.. There's a lot of us wanting to replace the stock fogs with LED's. I know you can get brackets from Ridgid which I actually have just don't like the look of square lights in a round hole...

What are your thoughts on some heavy duty magnets for mounting the rock lights?
