Bad cluster 2010 rubi

Bad cluster 2010 rubi
Thought I posted this up but I dont see it.
Our rubi has been in 3 times for the cluster in the dash that everything plugs into. They keep replacing it but my warranty is almost expired. They don't seem to be finding why its shorting out. Anyone know why it could be doing this. Chrysler has started a claim on it not sure what that will do.
The jeep starts but the wipers are on and wont turn off and you cant get the jeep out of park.
