so I was reaching to open the door, key fob in pocket, because I forgot I had locked the doors, and the door opens and I hear the locks unlock. the alarm didn't go off. strange?
I didn't know there was an auto unlock - or maybe it was a glitch?
the windows were down. jeep was locked. fob was in pocket. opening door was possible. I then unlocked with the key fob just in case.

 

well since I can't recreate this, I'm going to write it off as a glitch / hallucination. sorry for taking up space/time.

 

I dont think Jeep has done anything with that style of Fob.

it's neat though.

 

not aware of jeep having anything like this....I would blame it on either a ghost or your leg hitting the fob at an exact time in your pocket

 

I keep hitting the panic button on the fob somehow. I'm thinking this, too, is not a factory proximity option.
