Audio help, please.
I have done a search and could not find an answer to my questions. My apolgies if these answers are somewhere and I missed them.
I am finally getting my Unlimited this week after months of waiting for my current lease to end. It will have the non-Infinity system. My first question is, if I want to install one of the Nitro amps, what else will I need to accomplish this (wire haness, etc.)? When I do this, I will replace the stock speakers with ones reccommended by many people on here (Polk).
Second question: Can I wire a Garmin or Sirius reciever directly to the fuse box using one of the empty spots? Eventually I will get a stock HU with integrated Sirius, but that may be a while.
Thanks in advance for the help, and sorry for the lenght of this post.

^^^^ what he said
I would highly recommend against doing what you're talking about. If you were just going to use the stock speakers, than the Nitro amp would be fine - but since you're going to be using Polks or whatever aftermarket speaker, definitely not a good idea to go that route.
Essentially what you would be doing is like having 2 wiring harnesses. One to change your system to the nitro/inifinity system, then another to change to a line level system. It's completely a waste of time. You'd be better off cutting the middle man and just going to a normal aftermarket amp that feeds your aftermarket speakers.

Yep, what's been said.
UNLESS you visit a yard with a wrecked JK, or have a GOOD in with a dealer for the harnesses, and can get the bits for REAL cheap.
Not worth it.
Just go aftermarket all the way.
Get a decent deck, you can even just use the decks internal amp for most speakers, and then replace the speakers.
It won't win any awards, but it will sound fine.
And could be done for cheaper than just the wiring harnesses.
