No problem! I know what its like. That thread recall helped me out. The speakers were easy enough, match the colors. But then all the left over wires, I was like "whaaaaah? "
that thread really helped me out. Good luck!

Thanks for responding.
Do you have the factory amp? It says you lose fade ability with the factory amp. Do you know if fade still works with an aftermarket amp? If so, I can replace 2 parts with this one.
Okay, according to PAC it combines those two items I have above so I will get this instead. Thanks, antpink. I'm going to update the first post with this change.

Awesome. I think the amp is going to be the easiest part. Power, ground, remote turn on, a couple of RCAs and the speaker wires. It's all the other crap that I'm worried about. I think I will just tape all the connections to test it and then remove and solder the harnesses.

So I made up the harness (still a couple of wires to solder) and did a test run before install. Everything works. I was having trouble with the rear speakers. I faded back and you could barely hear them. I tried switching the RCA jacks and the rears worked but not the front. Turned out the HU was set for rear sub instead of speakers. When did that become the default?! I bypassed initial setup since I would have to do it all over again tomorrow.
So tomorrow I will mount everything.
Thanks for the help guys. I likey.
