Here's my question, I'm in the market for new lights and I am really liking the lightforce 170's but I'm wondering how they compair to the light output compaired to the KC's, both in beam patern and distance.
I only have experance with the KC's and I would discribe them as very bright, narrow (not pencil) at 1/4 mile with ample fill light at 1/2 mile.
I really like the output of the KC's but I'm tired of the cans looking like crap after a year of weathering.
I'm just looking for an honest compairison opinion.
I have found the 170's for 225$ each , a bit more than the KC's but if they hold their looks and preform well I'll deal with the cost.
