Anyone knows what this plug (Wire Connector) is for? its coming from the headlight wiring harness has nothing to do with the headlight or parking light or the fog light or the side markers / turning signal all of them working. i just noticed it while working on the bumper so i called the dealer send them the photo they don't know whats it is for, so was thinking might be for the DRL pre installed by jeep so when u ask for the feature would be easy for them to connect without rewiring my jeep is the JK Sport S 2014 GCC specs almost like European specs.
Anyone knows what this plug (Wire Connector) is for? removed the headlight so you can see that its coming from same harness

Just kidding, no idea on what does. Probably, like on some vehicles, could be for additional accessories like flood lights or even strobe lights for emergency vehicles.
do you have a pic from a little further back? having a hard time figuring that orientation. Figuring there might be small differences with the EU model not really helping.
Are you the original owner? Possibly previous owner had rock lights on it, uninstalled the lights, but left part of the harness? Don't think I have that on mine. Possibly aftermarket? Idk.
yep original owner, when i removed the headlight the plug is in the harness of the headlight and the turn signal not like someone added to it anyway i will take closer picture for it also need to get part number of the harness that way when i google it might shows something or what is it for thx for the reply
will take another closer picture also will removed the headlight to take a picture for the harness and maybe part number of it that way might help locate whats that for in descriptions maybe, thx for the reply
