Anyone else find damage when removing 50" light bar mounts?

Clear bra definitely helps. Due to the rubber Content of it it will still wrinkle under mount but has not effected paint on mine yet. Highly recommend. Gives barrier between rubber and grime against paint.

I'm just disappointed companies sell these mounts without addressing this issue. And it's a big issue. I'm sure having my windshield Frame repainted will not be cheap.

Damn I have the same Poison Spyder Mounts with the rubber gaskets. Guess I will have to pull them off see if there is any damage yet if not Ill slap some clear bra strips on it. Thanks for sharing though and I appreciate the warning.

Maybe should let the company that you bought that set up from know about the damage and what caused it.

They most likely won't fix it, but may refine there product to avoid a major issue with lots of customers in the near future.

My light bar mount came with a thin adhesive foam not rubber to pad the mounts.

Yeah passenger side is worse though
