Default Another HID install question--HELP

ok so I installed the bi-xenon kit with relay (to get more juice to ballasts) I turned on the headlights and worked no problem, then started up motor then they turned off with the headlight switch on. I know I have drl's but with the headlight switch on it should power them up!! My question is why? I think I have to connect directly to the battery with a on/off switch which I will locate on the steering housing. Any suggestions?????

The problem exists that , as launching the car, the generator grinds easy variable electricity out and alone the relays cannot be included.
See that link https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...hlight=buzzing, Whether they do not twinkle, try with capacitor with more capacite 200mF

So can I just connect directly to the battery, with a separate on/off switch??
