Default Amp question

I had best buy install a alpine 445u amp and when I adjust the rear gain the front speaker gets louder when I adjust the front gain only the front get louder. I am assuming it is not connected correctly. I know nothing about stereo equipment but assume the front gain should be only front speakers and rear should be the sound bar speakers. Did the guys at best buy connect it wrong?

Probably just got front and rear opposite of each other. Should be an easy fix. I'd bring it back and let them fix it. It was their mistake.

The nav voice only comes out of left tweeter so I guess that's hooked up wrong as well

Can you see the switch settings on the amp. If so check the input setting make sure it is set on 4channel. And also you can play with your radios fader to check to see if it is hooked up right. just fade it all the way forward and left to check the front left and so on.
