Who makes these boxes? What did they cost? These are very interesting.... Killer location, just wondering about the sound and depth of bass....

. I made them. You will not get better bass in a topless/soft-top Jeep. Period. I know, I've tried three different custom set-ups before getting these right. Heard and felt at highway speeds. Completely stealth. The Sundowns reach down to 30hz easily. Probably a little lower with the top on.

Sure, you can build a massive box in the back with 12s or 15s but that wouldn't be very stealth would it? This configuration with 2 Sundown 8s will beat 2 10s in the back every day.

those subs look awesome!!! I wish I had seen those before I bought my Kicker sub.. my sound is good but I hate wasting my small cargo space in a 2 door JK..

do you make these for sale or just made the one set for your Jeep?

I've sold a few and making a batch right now but not going to tear my Jeep apart again. Too disruptive and time consuming I don't really make much money on them. Going to make some molds so I can do them more efficiently.

How did you guess, I had 200watts to each 15" Kicker Comp in my old YJ but I've also never heard another jeep sound like mine, even at our car shows in Miami. My box faced back towards the door and cut on an angle so the subs pointed down at a 45. Any passengers had to sit back against the box. Not stealth but bolted to the old factory seat bracket holes and when the tailgate is locked its very secure. Now that I'm a old man, who needs that crap anymore. The boxes you built are sick, can you send me the measurements please?
