If its just the Airbag light you may have a bad clockspring, im pretty sure the warranty from Jeep has been extended on them..No way to know for sure without the codes though

Clockspring
They extended the warranty only for 2007 model year 10/150k but there is an actual recall on Right Hand Drive model years 2008-2012
The part costs between $150-$175
MOPAR p/n is: 05156106AC

Clock spring is one possible cause.
Airbag light in my 07 used to come on at random times. I'd reach over punch the passenger seat right in the center and it would go out.
After a few years of this I finally discovered what it was while routing some cables under the seat.
A dime had fallen between the seats and gotten wedged in the passenger side weight sensor. Plucked it out, light never came on again.

Just had mine done on my 08 by the dealer. My 2008 was not under warranty. Cost was like $400 total, and is a 2 year/unlimited miles warranty. If the warranty from Jeep is extended, I get a $400 check.
