Call the number at the bottom of that pdf. Ask for Anthony Doctor. I can't remember if that is his location or not. You might be told that he is in another location and get the number to it.
That pdf might also be out of date. They made some subtle changes to their part numbers. All configurations are (were) available but the part number was different from what I expected.
