Ok at Canadian tire $23 for Sensor and $166 for unit bearing :(
Sorry for the crappy dark pic on way home from work but is the steering wheel off centre enough for it to be the problem? At -33 degrees today I'm in no rush to be fixing it just yet lol

the steering wheel off center has nothing to do with the ABS light on the dash.....replace your wheel sensor. Did you check to see if your unit/hub bearing assembly is good? I would buy the sensor from crappy tire but you can get 2 new Timken unit bearings for that price

and your steering wheel isn't off enough to cause the ESP light to come on.....lol
