I can't thank you enough for the help. The uConnect works great. I do have one last question though: Is there a harness for the iPhone 3G that simultaneously hooks a/v up to the lockpick and charges the phone at the same time?

Question on mygig
I have an 08 Rubi. The mygig died and was replaced this past fall. How do I tell what year it is? I'd like to have the functionality for the iphone. I suppose I could just do the lock pick thing and see....

Would # 82212000 work on my REQ unit ?
My 2012 JKU came with the REQ 6 disc changer unit.
Here's the unit:
Owners - Quality - Media Center 230 (REQ)
Bluetooth and Uconnect are functional ... (phone and bluetooth music streaming)
Would this cable ( part # 82212000 ) work to connect my Ipod ?
