Question 250$ too Much to Install Hardtop Wiring Kit

The other day I picked up a freedom hardtop from Ebay from a new Jeep firend.

So I called the dealers and they're selling the kit for around 130$. They want to charge installation of the wiring harness that runs to the back, wiper control that goes on the steering colum and a rear defroster switch on the a/c panel all for 250$ labor. A total of 380 w/o tax.

First of all, can anyone so this or is it too intense on a new car. Second, anyone heard of a better price? Anyone has how many labor hours this will take? Any coupons out there?

I just want to get the best bank for the buck. Another dealer did quote 480$ total.

They have to flash the computer for the rear wiper and defroster to work no matter if you install it yourself or not. I'd go with the first guys since they are $100 bucks cheaper

Maybe you can wait for a TSB flash and get it done then???? I never use my back wipers in any of my vehicles. Probably would if it snowed here.
