Default 2013 JK Cooling Fan Issues (AGAIN)

The first 2 years I owned my Jeep, I thought I was invincible...then 6 months of constant issues gave me a reality check.

I've done my due diligence, but I can't find an answer. I took my Jeep into the dealer for a check engine light that coded the cooling fan being blown (even though it would work intermittently). The temps were ok, slight overheating on hwy when bringing into dealership for service. I have a light bar and Rigid Dually's wired normally, the I spliced another pair of Dually's into my foglights since I don't have an OEM bumper and there are no fog light brackets on my bumper.

When I picked up the Jeep, my blinkers controlled my LEDs instead of the foglight switch. I told the dealer that this was incorrect, and they tried to blame me for wiring the lights wrong. Once I convinced them that I had run this setup for months with no issues, they ordered and installed a new TPIMS (they had wired it wrong). With the new TPIMS, the cooling fan was fine. I deployed to Afghanistan, and the storage company my Jeep was in informed me 3 months later that the cooling fan was out again, and the Jeep was overheating during idle. They took it to the dealer and a new fan was installed.

Now, 6 months later, they emailed me and told me that my check engine light is on, and the 2 codes showing are both related to the cooling fan. I'm at a total loss. I get home in a couple days so I can actually get my hands on it, and the first thing I am going to do is remove the spliced lights, but beyond that, I have no idea what to do. Anyone had any issues in this area? Any advice? At this point, even though all work is under warranty, I'd rather spend money to not have to deal with this again.

Side note: Jeep has been offroad monthly but hasn't seen water deeper than a foot since 2013.
