Default 2011 Steering Wheel Controls

I have a 2011 JK, but it came with the crappy base model non-nav radio. I've installed an RER with nav and bluetooth because I wanted to stick with the stock look and functionality.

The only controls I have on the left side of the wheel are the STEP and RESET, so I'd like to add/replace that module with the one that the UConnect buttons where I currently have blanks.

Does anyone know if that part is available to order or find anywhere? It looks to be the same in the 2011 Grand Cherokee and also the 2011 Liberty as it's the same steering wheel. I've searched all over and haven't been able to figure out a part number or even the correct name for the part.

Thanks for your help everyone!

You probably might have to buy the entire steering wheel with the controls in it.

Keep us posted of what you find out. I would love to put a 2011 steering wheel with the controls in my 2009 if I could get the controls wired to the radio.

Unfortunately Chrysler will force you into purchasing the entire steering wheel. This is how they like to make a profit. They do the same thing with the JK's 2 piece oil pan. They will not just sell you the bottom pan you have to purchase the upper pan and gasket as well.

I'm discovering that those buttons only come with the upgraded EVIC console too. So it looks like it'd be a heck of an expensive option to get via a dealer.

I guess I will just have to watch the wreckers and see if I can snag the parts that way. Are there any sponsors or good wreckers that have this sort of stuff? The wreckers around here never seem to have any late model stuff at all.

Mopar's New Version of the Uconnect left side Steering Wheel switch.

Mopar p/n: 56046405AB

At a 1/3 of the Price as the first switches available.

Use for Uconnect Hands Free even if you don't have the EVIC Cluster.

Here's another guy that did it also: *********.com/forum/f96/uconnect-fyi-1380468/

know this thread is old but going to bump this, has anyone tried to get a new TIPM or have theirs coded to a 2011 VIN through like MAK or something. I did a full 2011 dash sub frame and all, 2011 cluster and 2011 wheel and like stated in here the mode button works to toggle the setting in the cluster but no volume control
