Yes they do. The lights have mounting brackets identical to the stock lights so you just have to unscrew four screws for both lights, remove the lights.
Now for the new Vision X lights, just cut and splice, remount in the bumper using the screws and you're done. The lights use the stock switch on the stalk and any bumper that will mount the stock fog lights will mount the Vision X lights.
Mine are rated at 900 lumens and I do believe I saw on some website that they were bundling the Vision X fog lights and the second Generation Truck-Lites.
I have the First gen Truck-Lites and the two go great together.
