I trimmed some of the tabs of of the bulbs. I tried to show it in the pictures. Best thing to do is compare your stock bulb next to the new one and note the differences and trim where needed.

I replaced my fog lights with LEDs. White. I don't really like them though, but the light output is pretty much the same as the OEM fogs. I only had to file the tabs off the bulb harness. I ordered them on Amazon, just typed in PSX24W in the search bar. ... 2010 Sahara

Have the HIDs melted the fog light housings? You don't need the harness with the fog lights do you?

So after using the H16s for awhile has your wiring been fine? Nothing melted or overloaded or anything? My crappy PSX24Ws have lasted 3 years and 35K miles now but one of them just crapped out on me.

Just ran into this problem today. One of mine went out 2 years 29K miles. I can't believe that there is no replacement at the auto parts stores for as many Jeeps are on the road. Looking through the book it seems like a lot more than just Wrangler's use those bulbs. F-ing Chrysler.

I'll look into these LEDs I guess. I live on a backroad and I need all of the light I can get to see the critters lurking in the woods.

*UPDATE* Just ordered some replacements from Amazon for ~$18 each. They are not the LEDs just the regular light bulbs. Too many of the reviews for the LEDs said they looked cool but didn't project the light onto the road.
