I have a 2012 JK that I think I made a mistake buying. A lot of electronic glitches. Just never the same twice. I like it from the clutch plate back. A base level sport shouldn't be so electronically weak. I am fixing up a 1994 XJ to replace it .

I watched this. My wife was thinking of getting a Cherokee. Now, not so much.
Nobody wants to deal with a company that doesn't do right by their customers. Sometimes a product is just not up to par. Everybody knows that. The manufacturer should just do the right thing and fix it or replace it. When you try to make a buck at the expense of your reputation, you will never win.
You just lost a sale.
It's as easy as that.
