I also carry a 26 (in a Blackhawk Serpa)

Carried a Sig228 for years. Switched back and forth between a Glock 19 and Glock 17 next. I've since grown to appreciate the small size of the 26 in the middle of August when I'm wearing shorts and a tshirt.

I might be getting a G26, Gen4. Someone owes me some money and has offered it as a trade for part of what I am owed.

Seriously considering it, but i also need the money for other bills.... decisions decisions.

Can one own to many Glocks?

Does anyone have a Gen 4 G26? What do you think of it? how are the backstraps? are you using grip extensions?

Oh, and WHY are the old ones equiped with 10 rounders but the new ones only 9? that seems oddball to me.

Oh, if i decide to take it i would never part with it. I like my Glocks.
Just not sure if it is worth it to me at this time to take the gun or the cash. I WANT the gun, but i NEED the cash. kinda sucks.

I actually was kidding about to many Glocks. I would love to own one of each. I considered a G27 a few years ago, but i am loaded with 9mm stuff already and have a TON of G19 mags to use at the range etc. So going to a 40 would cost me a little more.

This gun would kinda be a freebie (in a way) other than a couple pinky extensions.

so you get your friend to sell it to me at a great price and I send you the cash for it (or send him the cash that he gives to you) and then you never see this gun and its like it never existed! lol. I'm just joking my friend.

I think I told you that back in 01 when I had my wreck that left me disabled I had just over half saved for my dream gun... a fleming converted sp89 to mp5k (sear gun). I was going to call the guy up that had it that day it was mine and to hold it I was bringing him the first half of the cash. instead I got rear ended at a red light going 55-70mph. Long story short I spent the money on doc bills. Never have been able to save up the money for something so extravagant and I guess trivial since then. Thanks to the clone market of HK products developing I was able to save enough to build a semi mp5k-n pdw this year. It is mostly hk and rim country parts so it is a nice gun, it just doesnt say HK on it or have the full auto sear.

Only reason I typed all this is that I know your health situation (you got dealt a sh1tty deal but have not once said poor pitiful me and kept your head up and I like that) and I know cash must be super important right now and it sucks to not get the toys you want to pay the doctors and stuff what health stuff you need. (It does piss me off to see photos of their Ferrari collections, yachts and other toys in their office when I am trying to scrape up enough money to get repaired. But whatever)

I hope you get some cash and the gun or something. You deserve a lot after what you have been thru this year my friend. Hope you get it brother.

M9 Barreta and an M-4 with a 4x ACOG and a nice little Surefire Taclight with IR capability. I would've preferred a USP and the M-4 in 7.62, but these boys certainly get the job done. No complaints.

Yes, I remember. you got a shitty deal too. I didnt ask for what i got dealt, but it is what it is. I keep pushing on. I really would like to get the gun, but it is unlikely in all actuality, I simply need the money. eh, whatever, it's just a toy, I can always get a different one some other time. Other things have much higher priority. The health stuff sucks, but I am still here and still feeding my family, so I am happy and thankful.
