What Pistol do you carry daily?

I carry a subcompact XD .40 in winter or when I will be wearing bulky clothes to hide it better. In the summer I have a Ruger .380 LCP with the crimson trace laser on it. The LCP honestly took some getting used to because it was so small and the trigger pull is so long. I like it a lot for concealability....I can pretty much wear it on me anywhere and it is comfortable.

Glocks and XDs are great carry choices and probably make the most sense with regards to reliability, concealment, price, etc.
Unfortunately for me, I have an 80-year-old-veteran's mind set on many things that may not be the most rational. I have Harleys, while Hondas are better by design. I have a JK and... well, you know. And I love 1911s.
Harley, Jeeps, and 1911s = Served us through wars and faithfully supported our troops (as have many other companies/designs). I guess I just love the tradition?
Currently I have a Kimber CDP Pro

But I have a Super Carry custom and a Les Baer Custom Carry on order. The Baer is tool-grade chrome plated, like the most beautiful wrench set you have ever seen. It also is guaranteed to shoot 1.5" groups at 50 yards.

I wish I could figure out how to post pictures.

Picked up a Ruger LCP 380 to go along with my others.
Ruger P-95PR 9mm and Taurus PT-145 Millennium Pro Sub-Compact 45
I keep the 45 under the shirt in a Crossbreed SuperTuck holster and the 9mm in the Jeep. The 380 stays in the pocket in case I can't get under the shirt fast enough.
Ain't going down without a fight.

Ruger .380 LCP
Great little carry pistol that can be comfortably worn year round. Shoots true to about 12 yards. The DAO long trigger pull took a little getting used to but after 50 rounds or so it was hardly noticeable.
SpringField Armory XD-9 and G30 .45 for those winter months when bulky clothing can conceal a larger weapon.

My daily carry gun is a Glock 36. I usually wear it in a CrossBreed Supertuck Deluxe IWB holster, and I carry a spare magazine. My trigger in the Glock is stock, and I have added ES Express Big Dot sights on it. I have fired well over 4K rounds through this gun, and have only had issues with one magazine. Glock has always made right by me... (I'm a Glock Armorer).
I like the size, the way the gun points, and not only do I carry it as a CCW rig, but I also shoot IDPA with it. Works flawlessly.
Not to be ignorant... but, when people post pictures of their firearms, why does the majority of the pictures include a knife with the gun? Is that sort of an unspoke rule? I carry a knife daily too, but I have not taken a picture of my handguns along with my knives... just curious.
