I know this is odd, but do you need an extra mag for that? I ended up getting a 9mm by mistake(9mm != .45). Its an 8 round mag. Let me know.

You can never have too many mags but I can't say I need one since I have 3 extra already.

Everyday carry now is a Glock 42 - .380 - I had a Walther PPS .9mm (i loved that gun). I also had the Glock 43, .9mm but the 42 fits better in my hand, I'm 5'3" 105 lbs

I'm 6'5 and often carry the 42 because of its small size and even more because it is fun to shoot and I'm very accurate with it. Great gun!

RMR G19. I don't run the X300 for concealed carry. For concealed I run an XC1. For NPE I have a G43.

I can't agree with you more. I see all shapes and sizes shoot various guns due more to their hands size than height and weight. I get so many ladies asking me how I can carry a full size 1911, it was just a good fit for my small hands, even better than my Glocks or XD's, but it's just what works for YOU.

I take other women around the gun store and tell them to try anything and everything, and the one that feels like an extension of your hands is the one to start with, then we'll talk caliber an the recoil factor.

That's a fine firearm. What holster are you running for that? My buddies in the Glock shoot have those open class holsters to accommodate the light and RMR, but use them for competition only.

Thanks! For EDC i mostly use the Raven Concealments Vanguard II Advanced. The one with the small "wing" that keeps the grip tucked up against the body. If I have to run a light, then I have the G-Code Incog Shadow that I modified to fit with the RMR. On my battle belt I have a Safariland ALS made for the RMR and X300 light.

Well...wanted something lighter and easier to CC than my G36. So....went to LGS to look at the G42 & G43. Lol....tough decision .....so I brought both home. Plan for now is to carry the G42 daily & put the 43 in my glove compartment.
Eventually get an underseat lockbox to store.
