I take either the Para Ordnance Carry 9, or the USP Compact .357 sig.

I have known other Canadians Hbomb, and they tend to share the same stance as you on guns. I know it's not universal, and I don't mean to paint with too big of a brush, but I think it's safe to say that this sort of thinking is more prevalent in Canada than here. I think we just come from different cultures ultimately, and that's fine, I harbor no ill feelings towards you or anyone else because of your view on guns. You have to remember though, that ours is a nation that did not gain its independence through diplomacy, compromise, or negotiations. The reason our nation was able to gain independence from King George III was that common men were willing to take up whatever weapons they had available and wage war with them. Our Constitution and culture takes that into great consideration. The reason the 2nd amendment (the right to keep and bear arms) was written into the Constitution is to prevent a second tyranny from ever occurring. Although many leftists in America would rather see the 2nd Amendment abolished, as a whole, America is a very pro-gun country, and I feel that the means by which our country gained its independence play no small part in that sentiment. As a culture, we generally feel that we have the right to protect ourselves, our property, and our freedom, sometimes with lethal force if the situation dictates it, and in most cases, the law obliges.

Man I love the USP compact. You find it is hard to conceal? It is a wide little booger. the 357sig is one neat round to me. Ammo has been getting easier to find and cheaper for it in recent years too.

Actually, I rarely carry on my person, but always have one or the other in the Jeep. I more often have the Para because it is much smaller, but I agree... I love the USP Compact. I'm a big fan of HK and no matter how many guns I buy and sell, I always seem to have a couple of theirs in the safe.

I have so many pistols, but normally just carry a Glock 17 IWB, and an Ed Brown Classic Custom in a shoulder holster. Sometimes I switch out the Ed Brown for some 1911s that I built myself or customs or my 50GI.

i always carry and have a lifetime permit for indiana. my first choice is my glock 19 with internal laser sight and a galco sky holster or a galco sholder holster in the winter. when very hot or in places i must conceal very well i will use my tauras titanium 38 special either on a ankle rig or a waist wrap. sometimes i even carry both in the winter never know when you need a back up. i even have them in church i know i can hear it now, but you just never know what this world is coming to. by the way i have never had to use it.

always remember if you carry and you pull it out you better use it otherwise leave it in your pants.

Default What I carry..............

When I'm working I carry a Glock 23 with a tac light and a Ruger LCP. When not at work It changes daily between a glock 27, taurus millenium pro 45 or S&W J frame revolver.

Now to narrow it down I owned a .357 Sig (SP2022) and loved it. The gun shot incredible and whenever shooting it at the range it always drew a crowd. It was way to much gun to conceal and I ended up selling it because it was too much to shoot in a monthly basis. I'm not exactly sure how much smaller the baby sig's are but I know they are expensive and a pain to conceal in the summer. I hope it helps somewhat......
