Default Some new work tools

Sometimes I wonder why I became a policeman. One of the reasons why it is worth it. My work issued me a new Glock 22 and Sure Fire X300 light today, thought I would show it off.

YEP! In fact they have never quit hiring since you and I last talked. I think we have been down a minimum of like 15 people steadily over the last 3 years. There are just so many retirements they can't keep up.

the glocks are accurate as the person shooting them.

Are you restricted to 40 cal? We're lucky we get to carry the gun and caliber of our choice.

Really the only thing we can't carry is single action guns. We can carry Glock, Smith & Wesson, Sig Sauer, Beretta (why anyone would is beyond me ), and some others I can't remember, but these are what most of our guys choose. The department buys each cop a gun every ten years, and after you qualify with your new one they re-register the old one in your name which is pretty cool. Kind of a gun vesting program. Oh ya, you can shoot 9, 40, or 45.

Most have no choice.

Most of us carry the glock 21. its easy to keep track of 17 officers
