Very nice!!! I love mine too!

BTW the trigger and stock have always been like that on the Saiga shotguns and rifles. I have a few and my friends do to, and one of mine is one of the first generation 20 guages and the trigger/hammer are in that position from the factory. Luckily it is ez and cheap to swap it to regular AK position and furniture.

Congrats on the new gun!!!

I like it. I have not yet hand the pleasure of firing one but the Saigas seem like good weapons and get great reviews. I like my Mossberg 500. But looking for a good stock if any one want to PM me ideas.

I am a personal fan of Magpul. I have the CTRŽ Carbine Stock on mine. Take a look.

I did the conversion on a Saiga 308. It's pretty easy to do. I absolutely love it. Painted it camo and it's become my 'Go To' hunting rifle. It's not terribly accurate (~3 MOA) but good enough for where I hunt.

I took this guy with it the Friday after Thanksgiving. 100 yard shot. Dropped him on the spot.

But, back to the OP's topic - those Saiga's are kick ass. I've wanted one ever since I saw them being used by the Spetsnaz on Deadliest Warrior last year.
