NIIIICE! I love the flat top all the way down... does that make it a RIS? What is the barrel length? It looks 20"+.

thanks..........it is a 16" carbine. it is my first AR, but i have shot my friend's colt, and i have to say i prefer my daniel defense. its a great shooting rifle. i only have about 300 rounds through it so far, but no issues to date.

What kind of optics are you using?

My M-4 has the thumb screw on carry handle (I have a small 3 power scope on that). I am thinking of ditching it and going flat-top all the way with a similar style (the comp ML3)
