you have two choices:
buy a complete upper assembly with the A-3 receiver or buy a stripped upper reciever and put your current RRA parts on it. buying the complete upper is the easiest route, but the most expensive. getting a stripped upper is the cheapest but will require you to learn how to put the parts on it or finding an armorer or gunsmith to do it for you. there are books that take you step by step in putting one together (much like the write-ups here). a stripped upper will cost about $150.

Awesome thanks! Hopefully I did get the flat top though. Im very mechanical so if I have to I can easily learn how to build a whole new top.

If you didn't get a flat top it is completely OK. They are nice to have but definitely not a necessity. Either way you got a great rifle.
