I believe every law abiding citizen should own a Glock 19. In my opinion this pistol is the best all around firearm you can have. This being said, I don't believe this should be the only pistol you should own.

Btw like your set up, how is the trigger? Any take up? Do you have night sights?

A quality 1911 .45 auto as well as a good pocket carry will get you through the four seasons of the year armed every single day.

Love it only been through a couple of rounds so far I need to change out the blackstrap to a larger one. The trigger is great but takes a second to get used to the safety on it. It's got the fiber optic front sight and movable rear sight. And field stripping it is a breeze

Beretta PX4 Storm in .40 caliber or 9 mm. You can't go wrong with this gun.

HK P30S .40. I'm a firm believer in getting the right one the first time. I went with a 9mm (Ruger P89) and wished I'd gotten something with a little more power. I like this HK because the weight is right, comes with two mags, has rails under the barrel incase I ever want to add a light or laser. Not to mention it came with hand grip inserts to adjust to the user's individual grip preference. The ammo is relatively cheap for shooting at the range and I almost forgot, it's ambidextrous so lefty or righty can cock, safety, or eject the mag easily....

I think every enthusiast should have one good pistol, rifle, and shotgun. I went with Colt M4 ( what can I say, I'm in the army and have mags and other accessories for days!), Benelli M4 for its semi-auto, and the HK...
