i saw those, but i'm not sure how much i trust ebay for Iphones, especially over the forum.

just look for those sellers with high positive feedback and then pay with paypal. your purchase will be protected. paypal is really good about ebay auctions and getting what you paid for. as a seller, i got ripped off once because of paypal's refund policies. as a buyer, i know i am golden.
