Attention all Tucson area Members, Rockwraith has been hosed by a #$%@bag that was supposed to install his lift. I am suggesting a Lift party for James in Tucson. AZBulldog has offered his shop. I have most of the tools required and know how to spin a wrench. It isn't an extremely difficult task and we should be able to complete the mission in a day. Sundays are the best for me due to work. Lets get Rockwraith lifted (spirit and JK)

 

When were you thinking of doing this? If I'm available, I'd love to come help out. I did my 2.5 TF BB by myself, which was a pain in the ass as my jack didn't lift the Jeep high enough so I could drop the axle enough, really sucked. But I'd love to see how a real lift goes on and learn more about the suspension in the procees, plus helping out a fellow Jeeper is always a good thing.

 

I knew beenkop (Jeremy) was a great guy , I actually talked to James a few minutes ago and told him to drop it to me after me get done wheelin' Saturday and I'd get it together for him. I knew I shouldn't have sold my big shop! I'll just have to make it work...

 

I was thinking of next Sunday, if that is ok with everyones schedule. I have two jack stands with access to two more. Also have torque wrench, metric socket set for 1/2" driver, metric wrench set, cordless drill and bits, breaker bar

James post a list of required tools from your kit so we can start a list going

I Think there is a post somewhere on the Forum that has the Directions and tools required, let me see if I can find it.

 

I have all the tools needed, the kit he bought came with the ream tool, but eveyone is welcome to bring a tool set because you never know...
