Did Goose Lake and Greenie Peak.
Both are quite easy. There are some "bypasses" that make things more interesting. Both can be done in a subaru or by any stock 4WD SUV.
Low range is a plus. If things are WET, then a true 4WD vehicle with low range may be required, but not necessary if you are a good driver.
Some fun whoop-d-doos on Goose lake. Best adventure was honeslty on foot. Hiked up to Mt. Wheeler, ate lunch above Horseshoe Lake. Can only get up there by foot, horse, or moutain bike. Unicycle is doable, but would be most uncomfortable.
Goose lake was much prettier IMO than Greenie Peak. Lots of good fall aspen color.
