Looks mean. Was it a pain to grind down the PowderCoat on corners before welding up

No it was just spray bed liner so it came off ok. Thanks!!!

I need to get under Jeep today. I have a metal on metal vibration noise when hitting the gas. I guess it happens a lot on our JK's. Everyone is saying its a weld that snaps where the exhaust crosses over. It's annoying as shit

Not sure what trails. None of us had ever been out there so we didn't know what was what. We did do the back side of TV6.
I like those slider bars. I was thinking of getting the or-fab corner armor with those bars but I am not a fan of the brake light that goes with it.

Order it blank,without the tail light hole and do it yourself!
