Hey TONYT, After long disscusion with others, It's going to run too late. As you can see we have changed the plans all together! If it's at all possible for you to get off early it would be great to have you and your wife there.I understand that our jobs get in the way of our jeepinThey just dont understand our priorities!!!!

Florence JCT
Update on the FJ run in October.
TOR Ultimate Adventure 2010
October 7-10, 2010, Florence Junction
For this UA, it's hard to know who's going to show up when and how many rigs of each type (mild, mid, hardcore) are going to be there on any given day, so we're not going to layout an hour-by-hour schedule or over plan the thing, but the following guidelines should work to structure the event:
Thursday
Early arrivals, camp setup. Possible mild to mid trail run...there's a hill climb play area near the north end of Box Canyon that's only about 20 mins from the proposed camp site. Cruise up there and play at the very least.
Meet and Greet that evening as people arrive.
Friday
9:00am drivers' meeting. Take trail suggestions and split into groups by difficulty, asking for volunteers to lead each group.
Possible Trail Suggestions
Mild: Box Canyon to Coke Ovens
Mid: Ajax and/or Upper Woodpecker
Wild: Axle Alley and/or Lower Woodpecker
Some kinda big-ass group BBQ Friday night...We'll try to get people to bring a couple of grills and just tell everyone to bring their own chunk of meat and maybe some to share. If we can find someone with a somewhat portable RTI ramp, an RTI contest with a small prize to the flex winner would be cool.
Saturday
9:00am drivers' meeting. Take trail suggestions and split into groups by difficulty, asking for volunteers to lead each group.
Possible Trail Suggestions
Mild: Battle Axe Road (goes over the top to Hwy 177)
Mid: Elvis and/or ?
Wild: Jack Handle and/or Highway to Hell
Saturday Evening: We'll have a "Happy Hour" kind of deal...if we can get donated equipment/parts/tools, maybe a raffle?
Sunday
9:00am drivers' meeting. Take trail suggestions and split into groups by difficulty, asking for volunteers to lead each group.
Possible Trail Suggestions
Mild/Mid: Martinez Cabin...and first part of the Canyon for those who want a little more challenge
Wild: Bad Medicine
Followed by camp breakdown and head for home.

Go to Price road and follow that out for about 7 miles or so. Then that will turn into Box Canyon Road. If you get on yahoo maps and follow price road to box canyon road then follow it in Hybrid mode, right before box canyon road crosses a wash there is a big dirt spot on the map. I think that is the camp site. But I will verify for sure.
