Couple questions:
-How much boost does that SC produce?
-Any issues with the 2011 ECU?
-Do you need to supplement with more fuel since you are increasing AFR?
Last question...when is the next paper hunting trail run?
Per Ripp, the pulley I have produces 5-8 lbs. I have definitely seen 8 lbs consistently on the boost gauge. They do sell a pulley optimized for high altitude driving that produces 9-11 lbs.
As far as the ECU, included in the kit is a new flashed ECU with your vin loaded with 2010 specs. Essentially the computer now thinks your Jeep is a 2010. Only loss in the 11 is cruise control. Since the install I have not had any check engine lights or any problems whatsoever.
For the fuel situation, again included in the kit is the new, larger fuel injectors to compensate for the difference.
So far, I am super happy with the kit. One problem I feel Ripp needs to address is the ridiculous L brackets they send you to mount the intercooler. I was not happy with that so we fabricated one worthy of being on my Jeep. Pretty weak Ripp but I guess that was my only "problem" so I can't complain too much.
As for plinking. Now that the weather is getting nicer we need to plan something. Dan mentioned having some week days off soon........

You'll probably just want to check with the dealership, as I'd guess that's the only place you'll be able to get a replacement, unfortunately.
