Thanks for the suggestion,, I'm a NO HOA kinda guy though. I kinda like to be able to do what I wanna do within reason on my own land without havin to worry about a busy body squeelin on me and gettin some sort of letter from some bureaucrat that don't know his a$$ from a hole in the ground.

Highlands Ranch back in CO, the whole town is one big HOA. Very clean, very nice, 4 rec centers that i get unlimited access to, backcountry, malls, shopping centers, no traffic, very organized. Love it compared to Prescott Valley with its lack of zoning laws.... I will admit though, i have gotten notes before for grass height, dog barking, to many cars on the street, etc. Housing prices are still up though which is always good.

OK Guys... Throwing this out early to get some interest. Thinking a Crown King run is in order as it starts to warm back up. I am thinking we all shoot for March 10th or March 11th (saturday/sunday). What do you all think? Lets get a good crowd together for this great trail!

Hey anyone want to go to table mesa early tomorrow? I'll be setting up my bumpstops and testing my flex, but am down for a trail or w/e.... Let me know!


Also, Camp and I are hitting up the pavillions tomorrow afternoon around 3-4 if anyone wants to check our rigs out or just BS....
